Hugs & Kisses Craft
This idea was taken from the Education Center's Preschool Yearbook 2006-2007, Page 12 {We used toilet paper roll tubes to stamp hearts onto our pre-printed paper. Then students added "hugs" & "kisses."}
Hearts and Arrows {Uppercase & Lowercase Matching}
This idea was taken from the Education Center's Preschool Yearbook 2007-2008, Page 86 {Print out the hearts on pink card stock and the arrow points on red card stock. Paint 26 clothespins red to match arrow tips. Glue on clothespins. Match uppercase hearts with lowercase arrows.}
Valentine Bingo
This idea was printed from the Shindig's Parties to Go here. {I printed the pages and glued the game pieces to the inside of water bottle caps.}
Doily Heart Rubbings
We created a little art using crayons and various heart rubbings.
Heart Hunt {Beginning Sound /r/}
This idea was taken from the Education Center's Preschool Yearbook 2009-2010, Page 40 {Print the cards on card stock & laminate. Have students choose a card and follow the directions on the card. We did these activities as a class.}

This idea was taken from the Education Center. I didn't keep track of which resource I used. {I didn't take the best photo of us playing the game. We found matches that were Valentine-themed.}

A Toothy Grin {Letter Identification}
This idea was taken from the Education Center's Circle Time from A to Z. {Each student received a tooth. If it was labeled with the letter T, the tooth was placed in the mouth. If it was not, the "tooth" was set aside.}

We practiced brushing Toothy's teeth and talked about the importance of brushing everyday.
Intro to Healthy & Unhealthy Foods {Healthy & Unhealthy food sort}
This idea was taken from the Education Center's Preschool Yearbook 2007-2008, Page 285. {I Googled foods on the Internet, and printed them off. Students placed them on the tooth they determined to be the correct one. We talked about why on some that could go either way.}
