Ms. Carlie's Little Learners Preschool 2010-2011 Students

Our little program was a success even though my two little girls really didn't participate.  They pulled their chairs as close to me as possible and probably didn't sing one word of any of our songs, even though they know every one.  I will miss my preschool girls!  They are so smart and grew so much and I am excited to have one sibling next year and one other return.  Well, three will be back counting my own girls.  And we have many more students that are new!  We still have many spaces available and can't wait to add more.

Project: Brown Bear, Brown Bear books

We have been reading our individual Brown Bear books and admiring the artwork we created months ago!  

We added photos of "children" and a "teacher" to our pages.

Color of the Month: Rainbow

We reviewed our colors by reading The Mixed-Up Chameleon by Eric Carle.  The kids loved the question at the beginning about the chameleon being happy, so we asked if he was happy on each page.

We are close to finishing up our Brown Bear art collection books that we have been working on throughout the school year.  We have one more color to explore {brown} and then we can bind our books and practice reading them so we can share at our Moving On Up Graduation Celebration!
